OUTSIDE SALES MANAGERS (OSM's)

Position Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Sell our Solar, Wind and Alternative Energy Products & Services

-

Outbound & Outside cold calling to prospects
-
Set up sales calls & opportunities, close on business
-
Assist with contract documents
-
Utilize
CRM to increase efficiency and track sales cycle
-
Actively market and sell in your local area
-
Assist in lead generation activities, marketing events, and trade shows
-
Execute special marketing projects
-
Learn the business, company, industry, and local market;;
 

Candidate Responsibilities:

Four year college degree in business or equivalent sales experience;
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
-
Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
-
Comfort working in an extremely fast-paced setting;
-
Desire to work with an environmentally positive and sustainable products;
-
Able to solve and overcome sales objections
-
Willing to work towards the Regional Sales Director Position
-
A self-starter with a high energy level and a need to “win”;
-
Must be self-confident, team-oriented and ethical.
